Flood Response
At NOSD Pakistan, we stand with communities affected by devastating floods across the country. Our Flood Relief Program provides urgent support including food, clean water, medical aid, temporary shelter, and rehabilitation assistance. We are committed to helping families rebuild their lives with dignity, hope, and long-term resilience.
Flood Relief Activities
- Provided critical emergency aid during floods, pandemics, and natural disasters, supporting more than 1500 affected families.
- NOSD has demonstrated its commitment to responding to disasters by providing critical support to affected communities. In the aftermath of floods in 2010 and 2014, as well as during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019 and flood 2022, NOSD organized free medical camps in the flood-affected areas of Muzaffargarh, Taunsa, and Rajanpur. These medical camps played a vital role in providing essential healthcare services to individuals affected by these disasters.
- In addition to medical support, NOSD also provided food and clothing assistance to the flood-affected families, helping to meet their basic needs during a time of great need. Furthermore, NOSD distributed Non-Food Items (NFIs) to 200 families, providing them with essential items to support their daily livess
